For more advanced filtering and sorting, or to download your entire catalog, you can download your items into a Microsoft Excel file.

From the Action Bar, to the right of the search icon, click Download. You can export selected rows (only applicable if you check off rows in the Grid), export the page you are looking at, download the Buy Box Report, download your Item Report, or download your Return Rules Overrides Report.

If you select Download Buy Box Report, a dialog box will pop up allowing you to download the Buy Box Reports. This window will display the last day and time that the report was generated. These reports are generated every thirty minutes so that your data is as close to real time as possible. This report will provide information related to your pricing, and includes whether you are winning or losing the Buy Box, what the price (and shipping) is of the item winning the Buy Box and information about other top listings competing for the Buy Box.

If you select Download Item Report, a dialog box will pop up allowing you to download your Item Report, which contains detailed information about your entire catalog. This window will display the last day and time that the report was generated, as well as the total number of SKUs in the report. This report is generated once a day.

**Note: If your catalog exceeds 1 million items, do not follow the steps below. You should not download the Item Report from Seller Center because of limitations within Excel. Instead, you may obtain your Item Report by using the get report call described in the API documentation. You must open the .CSV file in a program other than Excel.

  1. Click on the Zip file. This will open a .CSV file.

  2. Open the .CSV file using Excel.

  3. Save the file and send to your TrueCommerce representative.
