The ability to produce labels, manifests and other types of reports is very important in a shipping operation, so you should ensure your printer settings point to the correct printers before you complete shipments.
This requires you to have the print station station already installed. Ask your company administrator if you don't see anything in the Print Station drop-down. If your company needs more guidance about setting up a print station, review this article: Configure a Print Station
Menu > Pack & Ship > Configuration > User Preferences > My Preferences.
In the Printer Settings section, if there isn't already a Print Station selected, choose one. Then select from the drop-down options for Label Printer (and Label Orientation) and Report Printer.
Click Save when you're finished.
