There are two ways to access the Integration Mapping Tool (IMT):

Foundry version
Silverlight version

On October 12, 2021, Microsoft will end support for Silverlight. Please be aware that the Silverlight version of Transaction Manager, as well as IMT, will be available through the end of 2021. For more information, check out this article.


Foundry version of Transaction Manager

Make sure you're utilizing Internet Explorer. Click the Help Icon, and select Documentation. Select TrueCommerce Transaction Manager and click Integration Mapping Tool.


Silverlight version of Transaction Manager

Please be aware that throughout 2021, there will be a slow rollout to the Account Management Portal, which will replace the Customer Center. You can still access and utilize the Customer Center in the meantime. TrueCommerce will formally announce when the Customer Center will be retired. Learn more about AMP here!

Log into the TrueCommerce Customer Center. Once you’re logged in, click Support & Training. Select Legacy Transaction Manager.

Once you’re logged in, click Help and select Integration Mapping Tool.
