Even if you've had IMT for years, you may run into a situation where you're having trouble accessing IMT. If this is the case, you may need to add IMT to your trusted sites.
First, access the trusted sites section of your browser. The steps to access the trusted sites will vary depending on your browser. Check out the link below for guidance if you're not sure where to find it.
Adding sites to your Trusted Sites List
Once you've located your Trusted Sites list, add the following links:
https://Integrationmappingtool.truecommerce.com https://Transactionmanager.truecommerce.com
https://Foundry.truecommerce.com
Once these have been added and saved, try opening IMT again. If it's still not working, try also adding:
https://Transactionmanagerweb.truecommerce.com
https://Hjone.truecommerce.com
If IMT still won't open, adding these in addition to the sites above may solve the issue:
